At Noorify Gift Store, we carefully prepare and check every order before dispatch. We want you to receive your order in the best possible condition.

Because we offer both ready-made and customized products, our return policy may vary depending on the product.

✅ Products Eligible for Return/Exchange

Selected non-customized products may be eligible for return or exchange if they meet our return conditions.

To request a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• The product should be returned with its original packaging, where applicable.

• The return request must be made within [X days] of receiving the order.

• Proof of purchase/order details may be required.

Please contact us before sending any product back. We will review your request and provide further instructions.

❌ Customized Products Are Non-Returnable

Customized and personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange because they are specially prepared according to the customer's requirements.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Customized Hoodies

• Customized Shawls

• Customized Shirts/T-Shirts

• Customized Frames

• Personalized Gift Hampers

• Personalized Items

• Products made with customer's photos, names, messages, or other personal details

Once a customized order has been confirmed and production has started, it cannot normally be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Clear photos of the product

• Clear photos/videos of the packaging

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a suitable solution such as a replacement or other resolution.

🎂 Cakes & Fresh Flowers

Due to their fresh and perishable nature, cakes, flowers, and similar products are generally not eligible for return or exchange after delivery.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately after receiving it with clear photos/videos so we can review the matter.

💰 Refunds

If your return is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed according to the payment method and circumstances of the order.

Delivery charges may be non-refundable, depending on the situation.

For customized orders, the advance payment may not be refundable once production or customization has started.

📦 Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to a customer-related reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent due to an error on our side, we will review the case and determine the appropriate solution.
